Welcome to the new world of gluten free eating! We operate a Cafe within the Winthrop Village Shopping Centre, Winthrop, which is devoted to the production of wheat/gluten free patisserie items and breads. Many of our products are also lactose free.

We have an extremely clean kitchen and hygienic work practices that comply with the highest food safety standards.Also,our production is devoted entirely to wheat/gluten free products,so there is no chance that our products could be compromised by accidental contamination. Our staff are fully trained in the handling of wheat/gluten free products and are in constant contact with the Coeliac Society of Western Australia, for both advice and support.

At the 2002 WA Nutrition Awards we were honoured to accept an award in the Special Dietary Food category for our wheat/gluten and lactose free products and also the Chris Soames Award for Technical Innovation. Due to the dedication of our team we can assure you that you will receive a quality product every time.

We have a wide range of products available including breads, bread rolls, pies, sausage rolls ,quiches, muffins, cakes, tortes and biscuits to name a few.Some of our products are also frozen.We also serve sandwiches and light meals.
